WATART: WATER & ART

The main priority of this proposal is to present the building mass to the user in a way that is intertwined with the surrounding environmental elements and fully adapted, and to make the art center a part of nature, just like the concept of art. By creating an artificial hill&pond, the core elements of the building mass are positioned inside this artificial hill and offer two different experiences to those who approach the structure from the outside. These experiences are to enjoy this place by climbing the artificial hill and to experience this art center built for the public inside the building.
